LEWIS PR scooped three awards at the annual European Excellence Awards on December 8th in Amsterdam.
The global communications agency had plenty to be proud of as industry recognition was received from a panel of 34 judges, who named LEWIS as worthy winners during an online voting session and a two-day jury meeting.
The awards were presented in the categories: ‘Social Media’ for an awareness campaign with SIRE and ‘Issues and Reputation Management’, for a third-consecutive year, with client Immobiliare.it.
Perhaps the most prestigious honour was given when the team was crowned with overall ‘Best Campaign’ for the SIRE: “I’m still here!” campaign, to raise awareness of the terminally ill. According to the jury an impressive campaign with a powerful combination of social media and traditional PR.

This was especially evident with the SIRE campaign, where the close cooperation between advertising and PR resulted in a campaign that received enormous attention in traditional media, but exceeded all expectations online with a content strategy around the terminally ill and their environment.”
